Kudos to South Jordan City leaders for providing their residents with a formal education program to learn more about how the city functions. A short story about this citizen's academy was in today's Deseret Morning News. We at the ULCT are all for cities and towns helping their residents understand what they get in return for the taxes and fees that support local government in Utah.
